1. Acceptance
By accessing weblagooncore.click or engaging Weblagooncore Co., Ltd. (“Weblagooncore,” “we,” “us”) for recovery readiness documentation services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services described
Weblagooncore provides offline wallet recovery readiness documentation, backup verification sessions, and heir instruction briefs. We do not custody digital assets, execute transactions, or provide financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. See our Not Financial Advice page for further clarification.
3. Client responsibilities
You agree to:
- Attend sessions prepared with the items listed in your preparation checklist
- Enter all sensitive information (seed phrases, passphrases) by hand during sessions — never via email or messaging
- Confirm the accuracy of all information you provide
- Inform us of changes to your wallet setup that occur after documentation
4. Intellectual property
Website content, form templates, and documentation formats are owned by Weblagooncore Co., Ltd. Your completed recovery files belong to you. We retain no copies of seed phrases or passphrases after session completion unless you explicitly request sealed-copy storage.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all session information as confidential. We do not share client details with third parties except as required by law or with your written consent (e.g., courier delivery of sealed copies to your designated attorney).
6. Limitation of liability
Weblagooncore prepares documentation based on information you provide during sessions. We are not liable for losses arising from inaccurate information you supply, changes to your wallet setup after documentation, or failure to follow the recovery instructions in your readiness file.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
7. Website use
You may not use this website to transmit seed phrases, private keys, or other sensitive credentials electronically. Our contact form is for scheduling inquiries only.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chungcheongbuk-do, South Korea.
9. Changes
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
