Refund Policy
Refund eligibility, cancellation terms, and deposit handling for Weblagooncore recovery readiness sessions.

Overview
This policy covers refunds for recovery readiness documentation services booked through Weblagooncore Co., Ltd. It does not cover third-party products or services referenced on our website.
Deposit and booking
A 30% deposit is required to confirm your session date. The remaining balance is due at the conclusion of your appointment.
Full refund eligibility
You are entitled to a full deposit refund if:
- You cancel your session with at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time
- Weblagooncore cancels or reschedules your session and you are unable to attend the proposed alternative date
Partial refund eligibility
A partial refund may apply if:
- You cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice — 50% of the deposit is refunded; the remainder covers preparation materials couriered to your address
- We begin a session but you choose to end it early due to circumstances on our side (staff unavailability, office closure) — fees are prorated to work completed
Non-refundable items
The following are not refundable once delivered or commenced:
- Preparation materials already couriered to your address (₩25,000 materials fee deducted from any partial refund)
- Completed documentation work — once your readiness file is bound, the session fee is non-refundable
- Additional sealed copies already prepared and delivered
- Follow-up verification calls that have taken place
Work already started
If you cancel after a session has begun and documentation forms have been partially completed, no refund is issued for time already spent. You may receive any partially completed physical materials.
No-shows
If you do not attend your scheduled session and do not provide cancellation notice, the deposit is forfeited. We will attempt to contact you by phone 30 minutes after the scheduled start time before marking the session as a no-show.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice. Additional reschedules incur a ₩30,000 administrative fee.
Refund process
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Bank transfer refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days depending on your financial institution.

Email hello@weblagooncore.click with:
- Your full name and session date
- Reason for the refund request
- Payment reference or receipt number
We respond to refund requests within 3 business days.
Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, contact us at hello@weblagooncore.click. Unresolved disputes are subject to the governing law provisions in our Terms of Service.
