What we collect
Contact inquiries: Name, email address, message content, optional preferred session date, and selected package interest submitted through our contact form.
Session clients: Name, phone number, email, heir contact details, and wallet inventory metadata (device models, firmware versions, backup locations). We do not digitally store seed phrases, private keys, or passphrases.
Website usage: Essential cookies for consent preferences. Optional analytics cookies only if you accept them via our cookie banner.
How we use your data
- Respond to inquiries and schedule sessions
- Prepare your recovery readiness documentation during in-person or remote sessions
- Send session confirmations, preparation checklists, and follow-up reminders
- Improve our website based on aggregated, anonymised usage patterns (analytics cookies only)
Legal basis
We process personal data based on your consent (contact form, cookie preferences), contractual necessity (service delivery), and legitimate interests (responding to inquiries, maintaining business records).
Data retention
Contact inquiry data is retained for 24 months unless a session is booked, in which case it is retained for 7 years per South Korean commercial record-keeping requirements. Session documentation metadata (not seed phrases) is retained for 7 years. Cookie consent preferences persist in your browser until cleared.
Your rights
Under the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of South Korea, you may:
- Request access to personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of data no longer required for legal or contractual purposes
- Withdraw consent for optional data processing (analytics cookies)

International transfers
Our website is hosted on servers that may be located outside South Korea. Where data is transferred internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place consistent with PIPA requirements.

- Courier services for sealed-copy delivery (name and address only)
- Payment processors for session fee collection
- Analytics providers (only if you accept analytics cookies)
Security
We do not accept seed phrases or private keys via email, contact form, or any digital channel. Session-sensitive information is recorded on physical forms in your handwriting and stored according to your instructions.
Children’s privacy
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18.
